Q: Why do WyteLyon and HollyAnn often only show part of the screenshot?
A: I’m legally blind.  Sometimes I use magnification software to make my screens easier to see.  Because Bok and Katarska are only accessed via VNC, there’s no real reason for machine-side magnification.  (In case you’re wondering, I prefer TightVNC these days).

Q: I see both Windows and Linux desktops here…What do you use for the screenshots?
A: On Linux, I use import, along with a *very* cheap (but effective) PHP command line script I wrote (you can use the source from here, at your own risk, and on your own time).  If you’re not familiar with import, you might want to refer to a Gentoo Handbook entry about it (it’s not Gentoo-specific — In fact, I don’t run Gentoo on any of the machines that post desk shots).  For Windows, I use SnagIt from TechSmith.
