This web site is made available such that I may share portions of my life with the world.  By viewing it, I hope you will find some form of amusement, enjoyment, or fulfillment.  However, there are some people who may simply use the Internet for their own greedy ends.  The purpose of this Terms & Conditions document details what would lie in-store for such abusive persons.

  • Privacy of Owner: The owner of this web site does pride himself on a rather limited sense of anonymity.  The name I list on this web site (Quinn Ebert) is my real name.  As such, you may find it unlikely for me to provide further identifying detail about myself via this web site.  This is done such that I may protect myself from individuals who might wish to cause me a hard time.  No offense is meant here; this setup to me seems rather reasonable.
  • My Occupation: I am a Computer Security student; I am taking these classes in an effort to further a career in securing digital data for legitimate people and companies.  As such, I will take a "hard line" against any abuse of my web server (or any service it hosts).
  • Content of Site: You understand that the content on this web site (unless otherwise noted) is almost certainly content I have created myself.  Copyrighted content is subject to removal (without viewers' prior notice) upon any friendly or formal request of the content's creator.  I also seriously react to claims of incorrect attribution; please let me know if you find any content on this site which is incorrectly attributed, and I will gladly corroborate your research (please provide as much detail as you can), and update attributions as-is-reasonable/due.
  • Redaction: I reserve the right to remove any resource from my web site at any time for any reason.  I hereby request that unless content does not display properly due to improper coding (do your research) that no requests be made for re-addition of redacted content from my web site.
